The Good Neighbor Membership
Includes everything in the Standard Membership, PLUS:

1. Extended Visit Access
While all Raphara Health members receive after-hours triage (text/phone support), Good Neighbors receive expanded availability for evening or weekend visits when urgent needs arise.

2. Kingdom Impact
Proceeds from this membership tier directly sustain the "One Another Fund," a restricted account dedicated to subsidizing sliding-scale memberships. By securing your own after-hours access, you effectively subsidize care for neighbors in need.
We also invite Good Neighbor Members to partner with us in identifying needs within our community. You hold the privilege of nominating individuals facing financial hardship to receive a one-time charitable virtual visit via the "One Another Fund."

Why choose this tier? It allows you to steward your own health while actively participating in the healing of your community—providing a safety net for the friends you love and the neighbors you support.

Note regarding HSA/FSA Eligibility: Because this fee purchases professional medical availability (a retainer for after-hours access), it is categorized as a medical expense, not a charitable donation. It is eligible for HSA/FSA funds but is not tax-deductible as a charitable gift.

The One another Fund
Love one another. Serve one another. Heal one another.
At Raphara Health, we believe that true wellness cannot exist in isolation. The scriptures command us to care for "one another"—reminding us that when one part of the body suffers, we all suffer; when one part flourishes, we all rejoice. The One Another Fund is our practical response to this truth. It is a community-driven resource that ensures financial barriers never separate a neighbor from the care they need.

How it works:
Become a Member or a Donor
The One Another Fund is sustained by the generosity of our "Good Neighbor" members and local donors. When you contribute, you aren't just giving to a charity; you are directly funding the membership of a single mom, a veteran, or a family in transition.

Through this fund, we offer subsidized memberships to those facing financial hardship.
We have a limited number of year-long, sliding-scale memberships (starting at $40/month). Applications are now open.
Intensive programs
Optional Add-On for $100/month.
While all memberships include management of lifestyle, mental health, and hormonal health, the 90-Day Intensive Programs are designed for members desiring an accelerated, high-frequency collaborative approach to specific health goals. The additional fee covers the increased administrative coordination, specialized resource materials, and extended clinical time required for a level of oversight that exceeds the standard primary care cadence.

Menopausal hormone therapy
Restoring balance, reclaiming vitality
Menopause is not a pause button on your life; it is a transition that deserves expert care. This track offers more frequent touch points and monitoring than standard primary care provides, at a fraction of the cost of specialized clinics.

interventional lifestyle medicine
Reversing disease through habits
You don't want to just manage a chronic condition; you want to reverse it. This track is for motivated patients ready to use food, movement, and sleep as medicine to tackle root-cause issues like pre-diabetes, obesity, or hypertension head-on.

mental health rehabilitation
Whole person care for mind & spirit
Mental health is complex, and too often, patients tolerate a lower quality of life unnecessarily. This track offers a new approach for those navigating anxiety, depression, or burnout who need a proactive recovery plan.
